Some  people blame donuts for what they get. For example, they become too fat to move in the elevator, too heavy to get on the bus, and too big to get married. Well, I’m so sorry for the innocent donuts. After all, they didn’t do anything. They just are there!!!!!
I love how some individuals declare donuts to be the devil of the food world and it is dietetically wrong to have them. I say, NO! You could have a donut every morning for the rest of your life, if you want. And you could also be extremely healthy, as long as you make good choices throughout the day. One donut isn't going to kill you... having a dozen each morning, well.. there is always life insurance?
I'd dare say having a donut in the morning would save you some willpower that you could use later in the day.
