The fruit enters from feed hopper, and extract into juice discharge from bottom outlet. At the same time, the waste(skin and seed) separated by inside sieve, with high juice outlet percentage, reach 60%. Three models for choosing from according to different capacity, range from 0.1-0.5t/h, 1.0-1.5t/h, 1.5-2.5t/h.
Working principle of fruit juice:
1.When the raw materials are added into the material feeding hopper, they receive pressure under
the boosting of the spiraland the extracted juices will flow into the juice container through the
filter screen, and the waste materials will be discharged through the ring interval formed between the spiral and the pressure adjusting taper part.
2.The movement towards the axial direction by the pressure adjusting head can adjust the size
of interval so as to adjust the juice extracting rate.

1.Does spiral juicer can squeeze every kind of vegetables and fruits?
No.it can process vegetables and fruits which contains much juice such as apple ,pear,tomato,cucumber,etc,but it can't process mango,sugarcane etc into juice,they have their own special machine.so when you are not sure whether our machine can squeeze ,you'd better to tell us what do you want to process.
2.Can the raw material put into the machine wholly?
No,the inlet is not so big,so you need to crush your raw material into small piece less than 2*2cm.
3.Can the juice coming out of the machine drink directly?
No,this spiral juicer machine is industrial use and with big capacity,so the juice come out is not so clean ,it need to be filtered and processed further to get safe and clean juice.
4.Can the motor change the voltage or frequency ?
Yes,normally our machine is 380v and 50hz,if it is not suitable for your country,then you can tell me in advance,i will tell our technicians to change the voltages and frequency,but no matter how to change,it must be 3 phase electricity.
